Service Definition
Email Arranger is an email advertisement service company which helps real estate agents and real estate vendors advertise to real estate agents! An agent or vendor purchasing our services will receive a custom one page email advertisement. After approval of this advertisement by the agent or vendor, Email Arranger will then send an email to specifically requested agent areas one time. If an agent or vendor would like to use the services of Email Arranger more than one time then the appropriate transaction fees will apply with each request. The agent and vendor also give authority to Email Arranger to use their flier and comments as an example on it's website or personal email advertisements at no additional charge to either party. Email Arranger will not be held responsible for any information or images provided by the agent and vendor. The agent or vendor agree to take full responsibility and defend Email Arranger harmless against any 3rd party charges for using any information or image provided by the agent or vendor. The agent and vendor agree to not re-distribute any email advertisement created by Email Arranger without the appropriate approval and fees paid to Email Arranger.
Payment
Any outstanding dues must be paid at time of ordering by using our easy checkout system which accepts all major credit cards. If there is an issue and our checkout system is not working for some reason, the customer needs to immediately contact Email Arranger at support@emailarranger.com for other payment methods. If for some reason your credit card is declined the agent or vendor must speedily provide payment in full by other means within 24hrs. If for some reason Email Arranger feels it necessary to proceed to your local small claims court to receive payment in full, the agent or vendor agree to pay all court costs, travel expenses, $150 Email Arranger hourly time rate, and any other related fees.
Spam Compliance
Any email advertisement sent is not for commercial use and provides an opt-out process. Our email advertisements are not considered spam and are sent in compliance with USC 1618 Title III by the 105 US Congress, Section 301, Paragraph (a)(2), and we have included valid contact information as well as a method to "unsubscribe," and also complies in all respects with the new Arizona Commercial Electronic Mailing Act enacted and signed into law in May of 2003.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund/cancellation a request must be emailed to support@emailarranger.com within 1 day of order placement and before any type of flyer has been approved or credit has been used by the customer. Email Arranger has the final say of all refunds/cancellation requests.
Sales Tax
Arizona residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax at the time of order placement
